The Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA) is committed to a progressive agenda designed to open and expand markets for union contractors while providing new jobs for LIUNA's rapidly growing membership. To this end, LIUNA has partnered with its partnering contractors to create LECET along with our sister organizations, The Laborers Health and Safety Fund of North America and the Laborers-AGC Education and Training Fund. The goal of all of these programs is to create demand for our partnering contractors by making our workers the safest, best trained and most knowledgeable workers in the industry.
