LECET uses its growing list of services and resources
to help our partnering contractors be more successful
and competitive in the marketplace. We also work to market
the unique skills and abilities of LIUNA members to non-signatory
contractors so there will be more job opportunities for
workers who are proud enough to call themselves "Laborers."

Unions and District Councils professional assistance
in a wide-range of areas to make Laborers and our partnering
contractors more successful and competitive. For example,
